2	Residential Care At BCS we’re passionate about providing excellence in Christian aged care to people who live in our residential aged care centres. Since 1953, BCS has been serving older people and their families, across NSW and the ACT.	101
3	Dementia Care BCS is committed to providing specialised care and support to people living with dementia. Our dementia care framework guides our quality care to individuals living with dementia. We support and care for each individual living with dementia in a person centred way within supportive and safe environments and our RESPECT Dementia Care Philosophy.	88
4	Respite Centre Care While BCS is committed to helping people stay in their own homes for as long as possible, we also realise the importance of socialisation and community for our clients and their carers. BCS offers a wide range of care options, enabling older people and people living with a disability to overcome isolation, learn new skills, improve their health and meet new friends.	89
5	In-home Care Home is important to all of us, and at BCS we understand that older people want to stay in their own homes for as long as possible and so we are committed to doing all we can to assist our clients achieve this goal.	99
6	In-home Care Emergency Response Service - "Care Call" Established in 1999, Care Call provides immediate care through our 24-7 emergency monitoring response service, enhancing the independence of our clients and the peace of mind of our clients’ loved ones.	162
7	Retirement Living BCS retirement villages offer an independent lifestyle to active seniors and a great place to make new friends and enjoy life. We know that it’s never easy for people to leave their family home and move into a retirement village. That’s why for more than 40 years we have been passionately committed to creating a caring community that people can call home, in a new season of life.	83
8	Disability Care BCS offer a range of disability services through our network of BCS Care Centres across NSW and the ACT.	121
