Meet Our Team

Matt is married to Lacey and they have 3 children: Larry and Macy who are toddlers and Matt’s adult daughter Anthya. Matt has been in ministry for 10 years with experience in a number of churches in different states. Previous to ministry, Matt has worked in sales and logistics doing warehouse roles and transport jobs.

Matt has a gospel centred ministry. His heart is to see Christ made known to all people and to give people an opportunity to respond to God’s invitation to know him. Matt is passionate about discipleship, local mission, outreach and evangelism.

Lindsay and his wife Gwenda have been members of the Bathurst Church for over 30 years. Lindsay has had extensive Pastoral experience in a number of NSW Baptist Churches as well as Senior Management experience within the Telecommunications and IT industries. Lindsay has filled various leadership roles in the Bathurst church, including Deacon and Elder and on three occasions has served as Interim pastor.

As Associate Pastor, he supports Matt in his ministry to the church and community.

David has been to this Church for over 20 years and was Baptised in 2025. He has 7 years of Administration experience within Medical, Disability and Logistical fields. David has recently started a University Degree in Ministry to help share God no matter the situation.
